IMPLEMENTATION PROVISIONS

Article 125.- Implementation provisions

1. This Decree takes effect as from August 1, 2000 and replaces DecreeNo.12/CP dated February 18, 1997 and Decree No.10/1998/ND-CP dated January 23, 1998 of theGovernment. The previous regulations contrary to this Decree shall all be annulled.

2. The ministers, the heads of the ministerial-level agencies, theheads of the agencies attached to the Government and the presidents of the People'sCommittees of the provinces and centrally-run cities shall have to guide theimplementation of this Decree.
